Is It Okay To Connect Cold Water To The WaterWall™ Dishwasher?

Last Update date : 2014.12.31

DW80H99 WaterWall™ Dishwashers

The DW80H99 WaterWall™ dishwashers are designed to work with a hot or cold water supply.

Hot water is going to provide the best washing and drying performance. Additionally, it will keep cycle times shorter than using cold water.

When cold water is connected, time is added to the cycle and there may be a delay at the start of the cycle.

This is due to the dishwasher having to heat the cold water. During winter months, cold water will be colder than usual, which will also add to cycle duration.
