What Does The ISO Setting Do When Using A Samsung Camera?

Last Update date : 2014.09.09

ISO Setting on Samsung Camera

The ISO setting number indicates the camera's sensitivity to light. The higher the ISO number, the greater the sensitivity to light.

When changing the ISO setting:

;• Increase the ISO number setting for clearer photos in dim light or near dark areas.

• Decrease the ISO number setting for clearer photos in normal or brightly lit areas.

NOTE: The camera will set this number automatically when the ISO setting is set to Auto.

Watch the video below to learn more about how to manually adjust the iso settings (For example: NX300).
