How Do I Enable Secure Boot?

Enabling Secure Boot

Secure boot is a Windows 8 feature that prevents the loading of malicious software applications, drivers, and OS loaders, that do not contain an authorized digital signature, during the booting process. To enable Secure boot, follow the steps below.

1.Make sure your PC is powered off.

2.Power your PC on and repeatedly press F2 to access the BIOS.

3.Using the left/right arrow keys, highlight the Boot tab.

4.Using the down arrow key, highlight Secure Boot and press Enter.

5.Using the up/down arrows, select Enabled and press Enter.
6.Press F10 to Save and Exit.
