Galaxy S 3 - How do I Edit Photos ?

Last Update date : 2014.10.14

Edit Photos

The "edit photos" feature provides basic editing functions for pictures you take with your mobile device. Along with basic image tuning like brightness, contrast, and color, it also provides a wide variety of picture-editing effects.

From the Home screen, touch Apps 1 > Gallery 2 and open an image. Touch Menu 3 > Edit 4 to edit the image. Select the app you want to edit the image with. We'll cover Photo Editor 5 .

NOTE: Photo Editor will need to be downloaded and installed from Samsung Apps. Touch Download to proceed with the install. A Samsung account is required to download apps from Samsung Apps.

Touch and hold the screen, and touch Selection mode to select an area. Touch Done to return and edit the selected area.

The following options are available:

6 Transform: Select parts of the photo to trim. 7 Color: Add color enhancements to the photo.
8 Effect: Add various stylize effects to the photo. 9 Decoration: Add decorations, such as clip art, or drawings to the picture.

Touch Save at the top of the screen to save your changes. A new file will be created, and the original file will be left untouched.
