Increase Call Volume

NOTE: Instructions based on "Increase Call Volume" while on an active call.

When you are on an active call, you can adjust the call volume with the Volume keys on the side of your device.

You can also touch More optionsMore Options Icon and mark the Extra volume checkbox to increase the volume level.

If the audio quality is still not what you would like it to be, you can touch More optionsMore Options Icon > Settings Settings Icon > Call 1 > Noise reduction to reduce background noise during calls.

Personalize Call Sound

From the Home screen, touch Apps Apps Icon > Settings Settings Icon> Call 1 > Personalize call sound and choose In-call sound EQ or Adapt sound.

If you choose In-call sound EQ, you can select Soft sound, Clear sound, Adapt sound left, or Adapt sound right. If you choose any of the Adapt sound options, the device will take you through customizing an optimal call sound.

Before starting, we recommend that you close all multimedia applications, be in a quiet environment, and have a compatible earphone connected. The device will play a beep. Touch Hear if you hear the sound. If you cannot hear the sound, touch Cannot hear. Once completed, touch Done to save your personalized call sound.

To turn on the personalized call sound, on an active call, touch More optionsMore Options Icon > Personalize call sound.

NOTE: Disable the Extra volume feature and disconnect any earphones prior to using the personalized call sound option.
