BOC Administrator (C3300030) - Corporate Management
To initiate, manage and monitor the logistics of goods to the end user within the parameters of the orders received from the customer and our internal order management policies. To maintain operational efficiency within the order management process for the purpose of minimizing loss and enhancing the confidence of our business partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Processing all incoming orders. For example: normal orders, special price orders, employee orders, consignment sales order, B2B and B2C orders, and corporate orders.
- Receiving Expected Time of Arrivals on all inbound product and communicate accurate outbound product Expected Time of Arrivals to SECA sales representatives.
- Reviewing automatic daily allocations report generated by Demand Fulfillment.
- Maintaining daily communication with both Canadian warehouses and the main warehouse in the United States.
- Ongoing communication with SECA sales representatives and customers.
- Managing inter-warehouse stock transfers.
Background / Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
- College Diploma or University Graduate (BA) .
- Requires 3-5 years of related experience.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- High proficiency in SAP (SD Module and MM Module).
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office products.
Necessary Skills/Attributes for this position the following skills and abilities must be demonstrated at a proficient level:
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of SECA organization and our third party logistics.
- The ability to work with others, in a potentially adversarial environment, including all levels of staff, and vendors with opposing views.
- The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Order management and logistical processes.
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
- Work is generally performed in an office environment.
- Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 95 % of work time.
- Performs work under tight time schedules and stressful environment, which are normally periodic or cyclical.
- Occasionally works additional hours beyond normal schedule.
- Under light supervision with responsibility to apply policies and guidelines where decisions are periodically monitored, the consequences of decisions may affect operating results and management decisions to a minor degree.
