WIDESCREEN MONITORS AT 2007 CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW
Response Time, Wide Format For Retail And Commercial Applications
All three monitors feature a lightning-fast 2ms (GTG) response time, making them a particularly attractive choice for gamers who seek true-to-life images and a vivid gaming experience.
The trio of monitors features other excellent specifications that provide premium performance, value and style to home and commercial users. With 16:10 wide aspect ratios, the three models offer precision and enhanced productivity for a range of professional and entertainment applications. All three monitors are further equipped with Windows Vista Premium Certification, dual inputs (DVI-D & Analog), and are HDCP capable.

All three monitors also incorporate two of Samsung's proprietary Magic Technologies: MagicTune™ and MagicBright3™. MagicTune is an easy-to-use, on-screen interface that allows users to use their mouse to control all of the Magic Technology picture adjustments from one place. MagicBright3 automatically optimizes brightness, contrast and gamma correction, based on the specific application. With a push of a button, users can easily switch between Text, Internet, Move, Game, Sports, Custom and Print View modes, to help ensure the best picture quality.
The new monitors are packaged in a sleek and stylish design, complete with a shiny black bezel. To create a comfortable, highly-customizable user experience, the series of monitors features a detachable stand that allows for wall or arm mounting. Furthermore, all three monitors incorporate ergonomic capabilities for enhanced comfort and flexibility.
The 906BW monitor, priced at $279.99, also features a resolution of 1440 x 900, a dynamic contrast ratio of 2000:1 and 300 nits of brightness. Both the 206BW unit, priced at $349.99, and the 226BW model, priced at $429.99, feature an ultra-high resolution of 1680 x 1050 and a dynamic contrast ratio of 3000:1.
All Samsung displays are backed by a three-year limited warranty on labor and parts, including the backlight, as well as toll-free technical support for the life of the display.
