Samsung successfully demonstrated its latest ultrasound technology as well as the future vision of the industry at the 22nd World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology held in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The greatest achievement was the fact that Samsung stood out the most at the Bella Center by displaying the new product UGEO G60 and 5D ART vision at the forefront of its booth underneath its proud logo ‘Samsung’. Accuvix A30 was also received well by numerous doctors for its upgraded function, the FRV (Feto Realistic View). FRV and the new product UGEO G60 impressed a lot of visitors with their finest performance and stylish design.

Samsung's booth attracted a lot of crowds especially with 5D ART introduction video which was played on a non-glass 3D TV. Interactive 3D images of FRV™ technology appeared on the screen while the Mommy Note demonstrated how pregnant mothers at home can review images of their babies sent from the hospital. The video effectively delivered the vision of the 5D ART that is likely to open a new era of ultrasound and healthcare technology by providing an amplified reality and technology that result in fast and intuitive diagnosis. Other
products such as XG, R7, R3 and U6 also stood proudly at the site as Samsung’s popular ultrasound systems that have been appealing the OB/GYN market.

Samsung also operated its own academic sessions at the hospitality suite room. Prof. Waldo Sepulveda and Prof. Mohamed Momtaz gave lectures on Volume NT & IT™, FRV™, clinical application of e-motion marker and etc.

The 4-day World Congress came to an end as Samsung successfully left notable impression on both the professionals and customers. We are very excited to face upcoming events as we go forward with innovative technology of Samsung and the vision to change the way doctors and patients interact.
