Extended Warranty.
This warranty type extends the coverage period of a standard warranty, including basic warranty terms and conditions (T&Cs) for a longer time period (up to 3 years). During the extended warranty period, Samsung repairs or replaces any defected Samsung product that falls within the basic warranty scope, at no charge. The extended warranty provides uninterrupted mobile productivity and continuity.

Basic Warranty:1~2Years / Extended Warranty UP TO 3 YEARS / Accidental Damage from Handling

Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH).
Repairs for ADH are available at no additional cost for unexpected and unintentional events caused by customers. The repairs include displays broken by drops, falls or other collisions and by damage from electrical surges, as well as damage caused by liquids. Mobile employees receive “no questions asked” repairs that include fixing shattered or cracked screens, or restoring mobile devices that are damaged from contact with fluids. Unlike Extended Warranty, ADH cannot be purchased after the point of device procurement.
