Warranty & RMA

Warranty
  • Warranty follows each system manufacturer's warranty policy
  • SAMSUNG is not responsible for :
    - Data loss
    - Data recovery
  • SAMSUNG will inspect the SSD and if its damage was caused by neglect, misuse or other forces outside of SAMSUNG's control, it will be returned as it is.
  • If there are Customer characters in Part Number or built-in Samsung SSD on application (Computer, etc.), it should follow each system manufacturer's warranty policy.
RMA Instructions
  • Please contact and request the RMA (Return Material Authorization) service from your dealer (system manufacturer) who has responsibility for the RMA.
  • To return for replacement, please pack the drive in an anti-static bag (not damaged). You must always keep the original box and packing materials for storage and shipping.
  • If the drive is improperly packed, it will be returned to you as it is.
