The state-of-the-art facility supports volume production at 130nm, 90nm and 65nm processes. SAMSUNG and its Common Platform alliance members are also jointly developing a 45nm process, while future plans call for support of even finer geometries. An early adopter of 300mm wafer technology, SAMSUNG has grown to be the world's leader in 300mm volume production with currently 5 fabs dedicated to 12 inch production.
