Front Line Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to CS Manager and Shop Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for :
• Handling customer complaints and trouble shoting in a professional manner
• Ensuring high quality service that adheres to company’s standard
• Preparing reports, tracking, analyzing and compile statistics for service centre
Requirements:
F.7 or above
• 3 years' working experience in customer service field with at least 2 years MUST be at supervisory level
