Samsung introduces Color Laser Printer CLP-510
A Breakthrough in Color Printing with Superior Quality and Features

Samsung Electronics is pleased to announce the launch of the CLP-510, which is a breakthrough in color laser printing technology in terms of its superior quality and features. The new all-in-one printer, equipped with a host of industry leading features such as free built-in automatic duplexing and the whisper quiet NO-NOIS™ Static Engine, is specially designed to meet the increasing expectations on color imaging among home office, SOHO and small and medium business users.
“The CLP-510 is the enhanced version of the CLP-500 which has won 23 awards worldwide in terms of its fabulous color quality and reasonable running cost. As an enhanced version, the CLP-510 is designed to excelling the award-winning CLP-500 in all aspects particularly in terms of its free built-in duplexing,” said James Lam, Vice President, IT Business of Samsung Electronics Hong Kong.
The free built-in automatic duplexing enables the brand new CLP-510 to produce error free two-sided printing, thus saving a great deal of time and efforts of business users in printing two-sided marketing materials without spending extra costs. The NO-NOIS™ Static Engine, uniquely designed by Samsung, provides users of the CLP-510 with sound working environment at a low noise level of 49 dBA during color printing. What is more, the Engine ensures the CLP-510 operate at higher reliability with minimal disruption.
The CLP-510 also features spectacular color quality at a maximum color resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi without sacrificing printing speed. The CLP-510 incorporates Samsung’s industry leading SPGPm processor and standard memory of 64MB (expandable to 192MB), allowing SOHO and small and medium business users to print complex multi-page documents or images at 24-page-per-minute (ppm) in black and white (B&W) and 5 ppm in color. With such competitive printing speed, superior color quality at low cost is easy to be achieved.
Equipped with a high-speed USB 2.0 interface, the CLP-510 is designed to maximize efficiency with great flexibility depending on users’ needs. With the 250-sheet cassette and 100-sheet multi-purpose trays, the CLP-510 can hold up to 850 sheets at a time with an optional 500-sheet tray. Besides, the CLP-510 carries two types of toner for heavy and light users: 7,000 / 3,000 B&W and 5,000 / 2,000 color pages.
The CLP-510 comes with a built-in LCD status monitor and easy 3-step toner change design and can compatible with Windows, Macintosh and Linux operating systems. The new printer is easy to operate, fast, reliable and versatile which made it the perfect choice for home and SMB users.
