In order to provide premium customer services support to our printer customers, we are pleased to announce providing 2 years extend warranty service for the selected printer models according to the following terms and conditions.

Eligible printer models

• This program of extend 2 years warranty service is applied to the following models only:
  

SCX-6345N multifunction printer	SCX-5530FN multifunction printer	SCX-4720FN multifunction printer
CLX-3160FN color multifunction printer	ML-4551NDR mono laser printer	ML-3471ND mono laser printer

Extend warranty period

• Basic 1 year plus extend 2 years free warranty on-site service (parts & labour included).

Eligible customers

• Only end users can entitle to enjoy this premium service with reference to the printer purchase date (invoice date) from Oct 1 to Dec 31, 2007.

Mechanism

• Customer should keep the original purchase invoice; and
• Customer send back the warranty card and copy of invoice to SEHK for registration; and
• SEHK will issue a certificate of 2 years extend warranty to that customer.

When the customer requires to use the warranty service after 1 year, he or she should present the following evidence:

• original purchase printer invoice; and
• extend warranty certificate that issue by SEHK.

Other Remarks:

• This warranty offer is Excluded the consumables items.
• This warranty offer is not valid for parallel import printers.
• Samsung Hong Kong Ltd reserve the right to interpret, adjust and modify all the conditions stated herein without notice.
• In case of any dispute, Samsung Hong Kong Ltd reserves the right to make final decision.
