1. Within one year after the purchase date, you are entitled to utilize the One-Year carry-in warranty(China) and the One-Year carry-in warranty(International) services automatically

Important Information about Warranty

Registration for the carry-in warranty(China) service
If you, the customer, want to enjoy the benefits of the One-Year carry-in warranty(China) service, you must bring the documents listed below to the Samsung Imagine shop or the Customer Service Center in Macau for warranty registration.

1. Original purchase invoice (Bought on or after July 21st 2007)
2. The completed International Product Warranty Card
3. The completed Product Warranty Card (China) *
   *If you cannot find the Product Warranty Card (China) in your product package, please take it at our brand shop

Warranty(China) service
If you are a Hong Kong customer wishing to utilize the benefits of the warranty(China) service, you must go to a Customer Service Center that has been approved domestically and show the two documents listed below:

1. China Warranty Card (Red)
2. Original purchase invoice
   

Terms and Conditions for gift redemption

1. Premiums and Redemption offer for Notebook PC purchase will be valid from 20th Dec 2007
2. Offer will only be valid for official products in Hong Kong and Macau (Not valid for parallel imported products)
3. Redemption period will be started from 4th JAN 2008 until further notice.
4. Customer can bring the original purchase invoice, warranty card with information filled and the 2 pieces of barcode in the packing box (i.e. the bar code with "Model" and "Prod. No") to the above locations for redemption. Any copy, modified or missing documents will not be accepted.
5. Please call to check if stock is available before redemption. In case of out of stock, customer can register and pick up premium later.
6. Samsung reserve the rights for final judgment of this promotion. No further notice will be made for any changes of the above terms and conditions.
7. Premium is available while stock last.
