To cope with our rapid growth, we would like to invite high caliber persons for the above position in our call centre located in Kwai Chung.
Reporting to Call Centre Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
-Handling customer feedback & complaints
-Handling ad-hoc assignments as required
-Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services
-Conduct case investigation is necessary
-F.7 or above with 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in call center environment
-Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
-Mature, responsible, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
-Excellent command of English & Chinese. Mandarin is an added advantage
-Proficiency in PC operations (MS Word, Excel)
-Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is preferable
-Immediate available is highly preferred
