Reporting to Service Administration Supervisor, the incumbent will be working in our Kwai Chung Service Center.
Job Description
- Service order processing and settlement;
- Office administration works;
- Customer billing and payment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder or equivalent qualifications;
- 2 years' customer service experience in sizeable company;
- With accounting or bill checking experience is an advantage;
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility;
- Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin;
- Solid experience in SAP is an advantage;
- Proficiency in PC operations, such as MS Word and Excel.
