Samsung opens the third Customer Service Center in Hong Kong

(Hong Kong – January 4, 2012) Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., a leading consumer electronics brand, is committed to satisfy consumers’ need. To further enhance its customer services, Samsung announces the grand opening of the third Samsung Customer Service Center. The newly opened center is located on the 21st floor of iSquare in Tsim Sha Tsui, with an area of 6,496 square feet. It is currently the largest Samsung Customer Service Center while customers can enjoy the panoramic Victoria sea view, the quality customer services and Samsung innovative products at the same time.

As usual, the Customer Service Center is located in highly accessible Tsim Sha Tsui, in coordination with the current centers in Mongkok and Causeway Bay. The three centres can thus be more convenient to all consumers in Hong Kong. Samsung’s brand new Customer Service Center is designed to meet different consumers’ needs, which brings not only the best quality customer services, but also offers unexpected personalized experience to consumers.
Product Experience Zone
The Customer Service Center has a product experience zone that showcases over 40 latest Samsung products, such as mobile phones, digital cameras, notebook PC, televisions and other home appliances, allowing customer experience of the diversified features and functions of Samsung innovative products. Samsung product experts will be stationed to answer customers’ enquiries.
Shooting Area for Digital Camera
Samsung digital cameras have diversified functions. In order to let customers experience the outstanding features of different digital cameras, a specially designed shooting area for digital camera is set up inside the Customer Service Center. Customers can experience uniqueness of different Samsung digital cameras before their purchase.
Tailor-made Value-added Services
The new Customer Service Center provides nearly 80 seats at customer waiting area. Customers can even charge their Samsung mobile phones at the self-charging area for free. Experienced staff will be stationed inside the Customer Service Center to take the best care of customers’ enquiries. Besides, customers can enjoy the free WiFi services in the center.
To Enhance Your Samsung Products Anytime
Customers can purchase designated models of Samsung accessories in the center to enhance the functions of Samsung products, while experiencing the fascinating products at once.
To celebrate the grand opening of the third Samsung Customer Service Center, the first 200 customers bringing their kids along to the center during the opening month can have *a free “Hong Kong Red Cross Pass-it-On campaign Red Cross + Bear Towel ”, helping to spread the spirit of share and care. The Customer Service Center opens Monday to Sunday (including public holiday) from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
