Customer Services Manager ( Technical )

To cope with our rapid growth, we would like to invite high caliber persons for the above position in our Kwai Chung office. Job Duties • Provide post-sales technical services and support to sales teams and customers; • Lead an engineering team to support electronic products and ad hoc projects; • Overseas daily operations of the engineering section to ensure all the service standards be met or surpassed; • Review and monitor the performance of 3rd party service providers; • Prepare support documents and organize training to internal parties; • Prepare analytical reports for product evaluation and performance; • Liaise with HQ for product quality and technical issues; • Review of technical materials and bulletins. Requirements • Bachelor degree or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent; • 5~7 years relevant experience in consumer electronics industry; • Solid experience in Audio/Video equipment / products support; • Experience in outsourced service management is a definite advantage; • A team player with ability to supervise and manage the engineering team; • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua; • Good presentation and communication skills.
