How do I play a video on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0?

Your mobile device can play videos in the following formats: HEVC, H.263, H.264, MP43, MPEG-4, Sorenson Spark, VC-1, VP8, WMV7, and WMV8.


To play videos on your device, touch Apps JB - Icon - Apps  > Video Player 1 


The Video Player tab contains videos stored on the device.



When DLNA-enabled devices are available, you can also view videos available on those devices by touching the Nearby devices tab.


Touch a video to begin playback on your device.

Note: If the Nearby devices tab does not appear, and you verified both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi access point, touch Menu Menu Key > Scan for nearby devices.
