How to enable Direct Call feature in Galaxy S3?

To know more about Direct Call feature please click here and to enable this feature please follow the steps below :

Step a). Tap on "Applications"

Step b). Locate and tap on "Settings"

Step c). Scroll down and choose "Motion"

Step d). Tap on the square box and enable "Motion"

Step e). Swipe your index finger from left to right on the Direct Call feature to enable this option.

2. Testing the feature

Please note Direct Call feature works where a Contact related information in displayed like

1. Contact home screen

2. Messaging screen
In order to check \ learn the feature, follow steps below :

 

For "CONTACTS"

 

Step 1 : Go to "Contacts"

Step 2 : Choose a particular contact

Step 3 : Move your Galaxy S3 in a swift motion to you ear.

(Please note the phone senses the motion when it moves from the front of your face to the ear)

Step 4 : Call to the selected contact will be made automatically

For "MESSAGING"

 

Step 1 : Go to the messaging screen and open a message

Step 2 : Move your Galaxy S3 in a swift motion to you ear.
