Q1. Why are there no chat agents even within the office hours?

A1. Because of the busy queue, all chat agents are occupied and do not have any available agents to serve.

 

Q2. Does Live Chat only provide technical support to products?

A2. Apart from technical support to products, you can also make other service enquiries such as service centre address, gift redemption and service feedback via Live Chat.

 

Q3. Do I need to pay for Live Chat service?

A3. Live Chat is a free service. Customer can contact our chat agents within office hours. (Monday to Saturday 09:00-18:00, and no service on Sunday and Public Holidays)

 

Q4. How can I get Live Chat support?

A4. Please go to Samsung website http://www.samsung.com/hk_en/ > Support > Additional Function > Live Chat Support.

 

Q5. How can I send file via Live Chat?

A4. We are sorry that due to the technical reason, Live Chat does not support image, audio or video. Only word processing is available.
