How do I Reset Smart Hub on a Samsung TV?

When you have issues of a Samsung TV's Smart Hub, you have to reset the Smart Hub.




If the Smart Hub is reset, all things will revert to factory default. Your account, however, remains on the Smart Hub server. 



Reset Smart Hub on QLED, The Frame, UHD TVs




1. Press the HOME button on the remote




2. Press Left button on Directional Pad on the remote to go to Settings




3. Press ENTER button on the remote to select Settings




4. Select Support




5. Choose Self Diagnosis




6. Select Reset Smart Hub
