What you need to do if you encounter Smart Hub Error?

When you have issue on Smart Hub, you need to reset Smart Hub and upgrade the software.

 

 

Testing Smart Hub connections

 

 

Please follow the steps below to test Smart Hub connections.

 

 

Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Smart Hub Connection Test

 

 

 

 

1) Reset

 

When Smart Hub is reset, all things will revert to factory default. Your account, however, remains on the Smart Hub server. 

 

 

QLED, The Frame, UHD TVs

 

 

1 

 

 

1. Press the HOME button on the remote

2. This screen will appear. Please use the Directional Pad on the remote to go to Settings.

3. Please use the ENTER button on the remote to select Settings.

4. Select Support

5. Choose Self Diagnosis

6. Select Reset Smart Hub

1 

 

 

 

Older Models

 

1. Press the Home or Menu key to enter into the Settings screen and choose Smart Hub

2. Press Reset Smart Hub

1 

 

3. Enter your PIN to reset. The default PIN is "0000".

4. Press the Smart Hub button on your remote and choose Set Up Smart Hub

1 

  

 

 

2) Software Upgrade

 

1. Press MENU or the HOME key on the remote to enter into the Settings screen

2. Choose Support

2. Choose Software Update

1 

 

3. Choose Update now
