Q: How do I wear the earbuds?

A: Before wearing the earbuds, please make sure that the earbud tips and wingtips are attached to the earbuds.

1. Check the direction of each earbud and insert them into your ears with the wingtip facing upwards until they sit conformably in your ears.

Please note that do not touch the heart rate sensor while you are putting the earbuds into your ears. If the heart rate sensor contacts with your skin before you wear the earbuds, the earbuds may start working unintentionally.

2. Adjust the earbuds by rotating them to the left or right to fit your ears.

When you put them on, the heart rate sensor will automatically detect that you are wearing the earbuds. Then, the earbuds will automatically enters Bluetooth pairing mode and emit a sound.

-          If the heart rate sensor does not touch your ears, the earbuds may not work. Please use wingtips and earbud tips that fit your ears.

-          Please follow all posted warnings and directions from authorised personnel in areas such as aeroplanes and hospitals.
