Gear IconX: How do I Disconnect the Earbuds from a Mobile device?

Q: How do I disconnect the earbuds from a mobile device?

 

A: To disconnect, please remove the earbuds from your ears.

   

To manually disconnect the earbuds from your mobile device,

A.          put the earbuds into your ears, and

B.          open the Apps screen of the mobile device; then

C.          tap Samsung Gear → MORE → Disconnect

<Note>

The earbuds do not have a power-on/off function.

 

If the earbuds are used for a predefined length of time after being removed from your ears, the earbuds will enter into sleep mode and disconnect with the mobile device.

 

To enter Bluetooth pairing mode, please place the earbuds into the charging case, close it and put the earbuds into your ears again.
