My phone freezes

It may be happened as some programs collide while carrying out multiple operations.

[Cause]

Undesired S/W error

[Solution]

If your device freezes or hangs, you may need to close programs or reset the device to regain functionality. Follow the below.

    1.  Push end button to check again if your device is frozen.

    2.  If your device is frozen, turn off the phone by taking the battery out of the phone.

Put the battery back in to the phone and try to turn on the phone.
