What can I try when I have inaudible/malfunction speakerphone?

Some variables that may affect speakerphone quality are:

    • Low sound quality

    • Mute sound

[Solution]

You could try the followings to fix the phone with inaudible/malfunction speakerphone.

    Step 1. Check the earphone connection. When the earphone is connected, speakerphone is inaudible. So you must remove the earphone connection for speakerphone to work properly.

    Step 2. Check Bluetooth connection. If it is connected, all sound of your device will be heard in the other device connected via BT. Thus, disconnect BT.

    Step 3. Stop the current application and re-start.

    Step 4. If you still have the same problem even after trying step 3, power off and then on again.

    Step 5. If this issue goes on, please contact the service center.
