Why my computer can not play some video files properly?

Last Update date : 2015.09.23

Occasionally, when you play a video file, it can not be played properly.

Some files that require an additional codec such as some AVI, ASF and DivX files may not be played. If  error message appears on Windows Media Player or you can hear sound but no images, you should install the related codec. Please refer to the sample image below.
