I can't register because of Serial Number problems, what can I do?

Last Update date : 2015.03.12

Please note that Samsung serial numbers can only be registered once at Samsung Anycall. Therefore if you bought your phone second hand we can not guarantee that you will be able to sign up to Samsung Anycall. If this serial number is already registered then we will contact the person that it is registered to, to confirm the change of ownership. If you can provide us with the serial number, date of purchase and the place that you purchased this phone through the Contact Us pages we will be able to investigate this for you. The more detail you can provide the quicker it will be for us to resolve this matter.
