Why USB ODDs are not list in the CMOS boot up list?

Last Update date : 2014.08.08

[Cause:]

Samsung supports legacy USB devices during system operations. However, legacy USB devices are not supported during a system reboot as per system spec. (i.e. Legacy USB devices are not supported during a warm boot in order to achieve a fast system boot-up).

[Solution:]

-When a system reboots in Windows, only legacy USB devices are not supported (other USB devices work properly).

-When the system starts after being shut down or powered off (cold boot), legacy USB devices are recognized and supported.

-Effective products: Some 2010 products and 2011 products
