I can’t move the installed applications to my external SD card in my Galaxy S4, What is the problem?

Last Update date : 2014.08.27

A : It is not possible to move downloaded apps to SD card on models Galaxy S3 or later, regardless of file size due to change of the memory structure.

However, any files (pictures, movies, etc.) can be backed up to server storage through normal file storage process,
or back-up through apps like Samsung cloud or Dropbox, etc.

Additionally, you can back up and restore the data (PIMS (*Phonebook, Calendar, Memo, Messages), Music ,
Movie, Photo) to your PC via Kies tool and Smart Switch program.
Downloaded deleted apps can retrieved through Google Play, under My Apps area.
