most of drives are with belt driven trays which fail after sometime of inactivity i suggest gear driven trays which last longer overall product is good no writing errors

Pros: Looks good on the outside and works for about an year. Cons: once bought there is not much you can do about it if it has any issues. you may try all the Samsung website or TSSTCORP's website but...
