Go to the Application

Locate and open Kies Air

Click on start

Open the browser on your computer and type the URL given by Kies air and press enter

On your mobile device, click on allow, to allow the computer to manage your phone You are all set to manage your phone from
your computer!

Go to www.samsung.com/in

Go to ‘Support’ in the masthead. On roll down, click on downloads.

Click on the banner for ‘Samsung Kies’.

Under the visual, choose your download option (Windows or Mac) and click on it.

The setup will download in your default ‘downloads’ folder. Locate the setup and run it.

Follow the instructions and complete the setup.

Once successfully installed, the setup will create a shortcut on the desktop and launch Samsung Kies on exit.
