Pre-sales manager:

Requirements:


  • Experience and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience in organization and partially management of B2B Sales within Samsung Electronics Kazakhstan
  • Education and / or experience in engineering
  • Experience in Product Marketing activities, preferably in B2B
  • Personal Skills / Additional Information:
  • Self-collected, communicative, responsible, self-motivated, creative
  • Willingness to develop and opened for challenges; good analytic and planning skills and ability for effective teamwork
  • Ability for problems solving and effective solutions finding, especially within difficult environment.


Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:


  • Setting the strategic directions of all marketing communications activity in order to drive revenue and profitability
  • Setting ATL (Press, OOH, online and etc.) Plans with Corporate Marketing Team, support Corporate Marketing Team with images for placement
  • Setting product launching events plan, cooperate with Corporate Marketing Team during execution
  • Execute BTL campaigns through advertising agency based on agencies tender
  • Managing and control marketing budget, creation of annual marketing investment plan that aligned with marketing strategy
  • Developing marketing activities plan for dealers with cooperation’s of PM’s (promotions, shop façade placement, FSM and etc.)
  • Creation ideas for POP materials, developing designs, control production and finally , control distribution to the shops
  • Travelling to regions for monitoring of situations (POP status, dealers and competitors marketing activities , cross check of ambassadors report)
  • Preparing evaluation report of activities
  • Make monthly closing of marketing activities expenses through SAP (GFP) system


SCM Specialist:

Responsibilities:


  • Activities vary according to the size and type of the Company activity, but must include: 
  • Collecting customer confirmed orders from Account managers for PO release
  • PO release (Check PO price, Accrual, Payment terms, ship to party)
  • Master data registration (Purchasing group, material group, HS code, description)
  • Communication with factories, GOC and GBM about purchasing progress
  • Control ontime shipment from factories
  • Provide shipping documents for direct shipments to Account managers
  • Consult Account managers, Product managers, Sales admin and Logistics team on SCM process
  • SCM training for employee
  • Check delivery status of goods to warehouse and request logistics team Goods Receipt to be done ontime
  • Check reason of KPI failure and inform to SCM Manager
  • Prepare reports for SCM days (KPI report, aging stock, sales plans, AP1-AP2 consensus, etc.)
  • Reports SCM day minutes to SCM Manager
  • Provide Sales status report to BM, PM


Product Manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management, Market Sensing
  • ATL / BTL Activity (Annual Promotion Plan & Execution, Shop Display)
  • PVI (Catalogue, POP, Sales Guide etc)
  • Co-Marketing with Customer (Budget & Marketing Activity)
  • Premium Product Management


Account Manager:

Responsibilities:


  • Related to Sales:
    • PSI status, Stock control bi-weekly base, Sell-out status
    • Mid-term Forecasting
    • Order gathering
    • Price Negotiation
    • Weekly sales summary report to HoD
    • Responsible for all questions related to pricing, stock and competition.

  • Related to Marketing:
    • Co-op / Promotional Activities initiating
    • Channel marketing
    • Help to preparation of Product Sales and Marketing Strategies of products
    • Coordination of sales activities co working with MARCOM and product marketing team
    • Participation in New line up and new technologies introduction
    • Products Display improvement in Main Retail channels (as well as in regions)
