Gear S2: WhatsApp and Facebook Apps does not relay notifications. Why is that?

1. If Limit notifications is ON, you cannot receive any notifications on Gear while you using your host device.
2. Does Face book is selected or not?
If not, you cannot get the notifications on the Gear S2
