My photo and video files aren’t automatically uploaded to Dropbox app. Is there a problem?

Please check the your data network service status.
DropBox App don't allow the uploads to happen over 2G (too slow) or while roaming. (Due to the high
data bill that could result).  
Uploads will resume as soon as the you are on a better connection(3G/4G/Wi-Fi , Not-roaming mode)
