What should I do if the fault symptom is not present while using Safe Mode?

If the fault symptom “clears” while using Safe mode, restart the device to return it to the state prior to using Safe mode.



You can then access the Apps area of the settings menu and uninstall any app that you are suspicious is the cause the issue (e.g. any app installed just prior to experiencing difficulty).
