Galaxy S6 Flat/Edge - After updating to the Android M OS , popup window about “Samsung Accessory Service app is stopped” appears continuously and also SamsungGear Manager do not work normally. What should I do for this?

This phenomenon may happen when you did not update the Samsung Gear Manager to latest version before updating of software.At that time, please uninstall or disable the current Samsung Gear Manager after you reboots your device by Safe Mode and install the Samsung Gear again.

 

1. To reboot by Safe Mode, please push the Volume down key and Power key simultaneously until Samsung logo appears.If Samsung logo appears, push only Volume down key

2. If device is booted normally by Safe mode, you can check "Safe mode" text on left bottom of screen. Tap the Apps

4. Tap Applications

5. Select Application Manager

6. Scroll down to Samsung Gear and tap it

7. If your devices have pre-installed Samsung Gear on device, tap the Disable button. Otherwise, tap Uninstall button

8. To reboot the device by normal mode, restart device by tapping Power key for a few seconds.

9. On device which Samsung Gear had not been pre-installed, please connect to Galaxy Apps and install again. Or, on device which Samsung Gear had been pre-installed, please enable Samsung Gear again on application manager.

 

-On device which Samsung Gear had not been pre-installed, please connect to Galaxy Apps and install again-

 

10. After installation of new version or enabling , Samsung Gear will download the new files for installation and it will work normally.
