Setting up Microsoft Exchange Account always fails. What is the problem?

Please check that whether the account that you are using is supported in Microsoft Exchange Active Sync.

 

 

Please take note that:

 

The Service of Gmail account has been stopped in Microsoft EAS. It is Google's decision to stop support for new EAS connections.

 

 

Therefore, use other accounts except Gmail in utilizing Microsoft Exchange Active Sync.
