When I try to play video files of Internet through 3G or LTE Data network, it can’t be played even though it’s available to play in Wi-Fi network. Is my device faulty?
If you cannot play video files of Internet through 3G or LTE Data network ,
please check whether Restrict background data feature of Power saving
mode on device is enabled or not.
Keep in mind if you enable the Power saving mode, the Restrict background
data feature will be auto-enabled.
The Restrict background data feature saves battery power by blocking
background data, but enabling this option may affect the performance of some
applications which need the data network to work in the background.
