POSITION SPECIFICATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to walk-in-customer enquiries, service request, complaints and part sales
  • Create and update service request and part sales to walk-in customer
  • Update service request
  • Liaise with other support department to solve issues raised by customer
  • Achieve/Exceed KPI for wait-time, service time, and error rate and any other KPI that implemented from time to time.
  • Filing and maintain record
  • Assist team leader in sharing and carrying out responsibilities assigned.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of customer service lobby and display unit.
  • Assist in various task and ad-hoc assignments

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any relevant field
  • Candidate with customer service and technical skill will be added advantages
  • Excellent in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, computer literate
  • One year renewable contract based on performance
