TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers will be entitled to get a mystery free gift when they send in Samsung device for repair and service in the new opening Samsung Express Service Centers (as set out below) during the Promotion Period (as stated below).

DURATION

The Giveaway is on first-come-first-served basis while stocks last with the following details:

  1. Giveaway Period:  5 August 2017 until 5 September 2017

GENERAL

  1. Giveaway is valid during the Giveaway Period only. Free gift is limited to the first 1000 customers on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.

  2. The giveaway is open to all Malaysian and non-Malaysian.

  3. Giveaway is valid for customers who send in their Samsung device for repair and service only.

  4. One (1) customer is entitled for One (1) free gift only.

  5. Samsung shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the Giveaway.

  6. Samsung shall not be liable for any compensation or reimbursement due to the unavailability of the stocks stated and/or any costs and expenses including but not limited to transportation, logistics and accommodation howsoever incurred by consumer in redeeming and accepting the Giveaway.

  7. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd. (“Samsung”) shall reserve the right to shorten or extend or change the Giveaway Period at its sole discretion without any prior notice. In case of any disputes in connection with the Giveaway, the decision of Samsung shall be final.
