What to do when Samsung Refrigerator has no power

When your lights don't come on, your panel is blank, and your refrigerator isn't cooling, you have a power problem.
You'll need to inspect the power cord and the power socket plugged to figure out what's wrong.
1. Check the power plug

Unplug the refrigerator.

Check the fuse breakers to see if any have been tripped. If tripped, reset the breaker.
- If it does not trip the fuse breaker after turn on the refrigerator, then service is not required. Contact an electrician for help with the tripping circuit.
- If the issue continues, visit our Support Center (Malaysia) to request service.
Note: If the refrigerator keeps tripping the circuit, unplug the refrigerator from the current power plug and plug it into another power socket. If necessary, use an extension cord for refrigerator plug as another power plug in the same room may be on the same circuit.
2. Inspect the fridge.

Inspect the power cord for any damage. If damaged, do not plug it back in, service is required.

Plug the refrigerator back in. If there's an issue with the original plug, connect the refrigerator to a different power plug.
Note: If the power cord is damaged or the refrigerator still doesn't power on, visit the Support Center to request service.
