How to start Remote Management for Smartphone?

 

1. Download the "Smart Tutor" from SAMSUNG Apps (or Play Store) and install on your Android device.

 

2. Call 1800889999. Open "Smart Tutor", select "country or region" and agree "Terms and Conditions".

 

3. Request 6 digits Pin# from a tech expert.

 

4. Enter the 6 digits Pin# given by a tech expert.

 

5. Once connected, a tech expert will diagnose your mobile.

 

6. If you want to terminate "Smart Tutor", please tap "Disconnect" menu.

 

 

Note:

1. Remote management secured your personal information (example: photo, messages & etc.). It will not be able to access/view/see/transfer/modify by tech expert unless permission is provided.

2. Smart Tutor can help you resolve setting related issue over the phone and without hesitation need to walk-in to our service center.
