Smart Switch cannot connect to iCloud because of password. What should I do?

For Apple user, having problem connect to iCloud with same error message.


Error Message


Please verify network connection is enabled and strong

Next, re-confirm correct Apple ID and password.


If you are sure that the Apple ID and password are correct but you are still having issues logging on to iCloud with the Smart Switch Mobile app, most likely you have the Apple ID two-step verification enabled on your account.



Disable the Apple ID two-step verification from the web by performing the following steps (the following figures illustrate the procedure):

o    Go to

o    Click on Manage your Apple ID.

o    Sign in with your Apple ID and Password.

o    Select Password and Security.

o    Click on “Turn off two-step verification”.
You will be asked to select and answer security questions.

         o    Click continue to disable two-step verification.
