How to unlock Phone/PIN/PIN2/PUK lock

If user lost or cannot remember phone/PIN/PUK code, he/she need to contact mobile network operator or Samsung Electronics to release the lock.


PUK is locked when SIM or USIM card is blocked due to entering incorrect PIN code for 3 times.


When phone is locked,
1. User need to key in the phone lock password to disable phone lock, or
2.  If cannot be unlock, the phone need to be reset*
*All information inside the phone will be deleted, this step is necessary to unlock the phone.

*To reset the phone, you can proceed to our nearest service center. This service is chargable.

When PUK / PIN / PIN2 is locked;
1. Enter PUK / PIN / PIN2, given by Telco company (mobile network operator)
2. To obtain PUK / PIN / PIN2, need to contact Telco company.
3. If PUK / PIN / PIN2 still fail, we recommend to visit Telco shop for further assistance.
