How do i trace my device if i misplaced or lost it?

If your device is lost or misplaced, Samsung provide a website to track your Android device with condition


1. Phone has setup a setting in "Security".

    a. at Find My Mobile section

    b. recommend to use frequent used mail account user ID and password  as your Samsung Account to avoid forget password

    Note: samsung account ID and password is not sync with the mail account


2. The phone must be still power on and be connected with internet (WIFI or Data Plan)

    Note: If the condition above is met, please follow the below steps


3. Login to using the registered username and password


4. If the Green Light is on, it mean the device still able to trace, if is grey out mean the device are not connected with internet or Samsung Account.
