If application crashes, will not open, may force close, what could be a problem?

There are a few different reasons why this may occur.


Some areas which may cause this kind of error are: 

 

     
- If the phones Software is not up to date? 

Update the phones software and then try again


- Is the application up to date as the latest version?

Go to Google Play store and check if an update is available
 
- Previously cached data may be causing the errors
Please try to delete the cache or uninstall and reinstall the application.

 

Delete the cache as per the below path:


Settings > Apps > select the app with error > Storage > clear cache

Try to run the application again.

If the error still occurs you should leave a review for the developer under the application on "playstore" to respond, or repair the problem, as the application may not be compatible with your model or Android version.
