Please follow the steps below if you having trouble to login to My Samsung account on Samsung smartphone, example if there was an error message: Invalid ID or password.

1 Please check your ID and passcode.
2 Please login to My Samsung account through PC with the link below:
3 Reset the passcode if it is incorrect.

4 Once reset, please waiting for at least 5 mins to allowed system update.
5 After signed in, go to bottom left, change the country to New Zealand, then go to [Profile], enter the passcode to click [Continue].

6 Under [Profile], click [Edit Profile] to complete all the [Required fields] and [Save].

**Please enter the ZIP code with 5 numeric characters, if you don’t have, just add 0.

7 Once saved, click [Confirm] and keep the account signed in with PC.

8 On you Samsung phone, go to setting->cloud and accounts->Samsung Cloud, follow the instruction and sign in.
