[Windows 8] Resolving Slowness from Installation of Multiple Anti-Virus Programs.

     Checking for installation of multiple anti-virus programs.

Right click on an empty area in the Windows start screen.

Click “All apps” on the bottom right of the screen.

Click “Control Panel” in the “Windows System” folder.

Go to “System and Security” and run “Action Center.”

Click on the “Security” area.

Check in “Anti-Virus Protection” whether multiple

anti-virus programs are running.

Click “View installed anti-virus apps.”

Refer to installed anti-virus programs.

“Control Panel Home” -> “Program” -> Run “Uninstall a program.”

Find unfavored anti-virus programs and click on them to uninstall.

     Installing “Support Center”

Click on “SW Update” in the Samsung folder.

When the User Account Control window appears, click “Yes.”

When the “User Agreement” window appears, click “I agree.”

In the “All Software” menu, find “Support Center” and start installation.

After installation of “All Software” is complete,

find “Support Center” in the “Update” menu and run update.
